Turn Claude into your offer strategist

Someone built a free repo of 17 skills that teach Claude to think about your offer the way Alex Hormozi does. Pricing, objections, hooks, the whole landing page. This page has the link, the one-line install, and the prompts I actually use.

Turn Claude into your offer strategist

hormozi-skills is a free GitHub repo that runs Alex Hormozi's offer playbook on your business — market research, pricing, objections, hooks and the whole landing page. Here's the link, the install, and the prompts.

What's inside

It's a free, open-source pack of 17 skills for Claude Code, built by a developer called Alex Smedile. A skill is just a folder of instructions Claude reads before it answers — and this lot teaches Claude to pull apart your offer the way Alex Hormozi does in $100M Offers.

It isn't a template you fill in. You describe your business in plain English — messy is fine, a voice-note-style brain dump is fine — and Claude interviews you one question at a time before it writes anything. What you get back are real documents saved to your computer: your offer, your pricing, your objection responses, your landing page copy. Files you can open, argue with and edit.

17 skills, one job each

Call one on its own when you know what's broken — pricing, hooks, objections — or hand the whole thing to the orchestrator and let it decide.

11 finished documents

OFFER.md, PRICING.md, OBJECTIONS.md, HOOKS.md, LANDING_PAGE.md and the rest, written to an output folder in one sitting.

It interviews you first

One question at a time, each with a suggested answer if you're stuck. Which means the output is about your business, not a generic coach's.

MIT licence, genuinely free

No account, no trial, no upsell hiding at the end. You can use the output on client work.

The real repo

Have a poke around before you install anything — the README lists every skill: github.com/alexsmedile/hormozi-skills

No download page, no setup wizard. Open Claude Code, paste this, and it wires itself in:

Install this Claude Code plugin for me: https://github.com/alexsmedile/hormozi-skills Add it as a marketplace, install the hormozi-skills plugin, then list the skills I now have and tell me in one line what each one does.

That's the whole install. If you'd rather type the commands yourself, the README's two lines do exactly the same job — /plugin marketplace add alexsmedile/hormozi-skills then /plugin install hormozi-skills@hormozi-skills. It works in Codex and Cursor too.

Start it in its own folder

The skills write files as they go. Open Claude Code in a fresh empty folder (call it something like my-offer) so everything it produces lands in one place instead of scattering through a project you care about.

Claude Code (or Codex / Cursor)
Twenty minutes to answer questions
A marketing degree
Anything paid

Seventeen skills sounds like a lot to learn. You won't touch most of them. These four cover the problems that actually cost you money — grab the prompt that matches the thing bugging you and swap the bits in brackets.

1

Your offer is vague → hormozi-offer

If you'd struggle to explain what you sell at a barbecue without waffling, start here. It builds the whole thing from scratch: who it's for, what's in their way, what you solve, and what the stack is worth.

Use the hormozi-offer skill on my business. I sell [WHAT YOU SELL] to [WHO YOU SELL IT TO]. They pay me [YOUR CURRENT PRICE] and the thing they actually want is [THE RESULT THEY'RE AFTER]. Interview me first — one question at a time, and suggest an answer each time so I'm not staring at a blank screen. Then write me the full offer: the dream outcome, the obstacles in their way, what I do about each obstacle, and the value stack. Save it to OFFER.md. If my offer is already decent and just needs sharpening, tell me that instead of rebuilding it from zero.

Already have an offer that isn't landing?

Ask for audit-offer instead of hormozi-offer, and paste in your current sales page or the pitch you give on calls. It scores what's there and tells you the three things to fix first, which is far less work than starting again.

2

Your pricing is a guess → pricing-strategy

Most of us picked a number that felt safe and never revisited it. This one anchors the price to what the result is worth and hands you the words to say when someone asks why.

Use the pricing-strategy skill on the offer in OFFER.md. Give me a value-anchored price with the reasoning behind it, two or three tiers, and the story I tell on a sales call to justify the number. I currently charge [YOUR PRICE]. If that's wrong, say so plainly and show me how you got to the new number. My market is [WHO YOU SELL TO] in [YOUR COUNTRY/REGION] — don't give me a US enterprise price if that's not who I'm selling to. Save it to PRICING.md.
3

People keep saying "let me think about it" → objection-destroyer

That sentence almost never means what it says. This skill digs out the belief sitting underneath each objection and writes you a reply short enough to actually send.

Use the objection-destroyer skill on my offer. Here are the real things people say to me right before they don't buy, word for word: 1. [OBJECTION ONE] 2. [OBJECTION TWO] 3. [OBJECTION THREE] For each one: tell me the belief underneath it, what has to change for them to buy, and give me a reply I could send as a DM. Keep the replies human — no scripts that sound like a sales bro. Save it to OBJECTIONS.md.
4

Your sales page reads like a brochure → landing-page-copy

It writes the page section by section off the back of your offer document, so the copy and the offer finally say the same thing.

Use the landing-page-copy skill on the offer in OFFER.md. Write the full page section by section: headline, subhead, the problem, the offer, what's included, pricing, objections, guarantee, FAQ, call to action. Write it the way I talk. Here's a sample of my actual writing — match this voice, don't make me sound like a hype merchant: [PASTE 3-4 SENTENCES YOU'VE WRITTEN YOURSELF — AN EMAIL, A CAPTION, ANYTHING] Save it to LANDING_PAGE.md.

A worked example: the whole lot in one go

If picking a skill feels like homework, skip it. There's an orchestrator that runs them in the right order — market research first, then the offer, then pricing and value perception, then the sales layer on top. It works out which stage you're at and only runs what you need.

This is the prompt I'd start with on a brand-new offer. Paste your brain dump in, answer the questions, go make a coffee.

Run the hormozi-orchestrator on my business. Here's the brain dump — it's messy, sorry: [WHAT YOU SELL. WHO IT'S FOR. WHAT YOU CHARGE. WHAT'S NOT WORKING. YOUR SALES PAGE URL IF YOU HAVE ONE.] Before you start: tell me which stage you think I'm at and which parts you're going to run, so I know what's coming. Then interview me one question at a time, suggest an answer each time, and write the full set of documents to the output folder. Finish with SUMMARY.md: my offer in one paragraph, the decisions you made and why, and the three things I should do this week. Put the single best hook at the top so I've got something to post today.

What lands in your output folder when it's done:

MARKET_RESEARCH.md OFFER.md OFFER_ANGLES.md OFFER_AUDIT.md VALUE_PERCEPTION.md BONUS_STACK.md PRICING.md OBJECTIONS.md PITCH.md HOOKS.md LANDING_PAGE.md

I like this repo and I'd tell a friend to install it. Read these four things first anyway, because nobody else is going to tell you.

It's Hormozi's framework, not gospel

The whole thing is one man's playbook — a good one, and it's made a lot of people a lot of money, but it was built for high-ticket businesses that sell on the phone. If you run a $19 template shop or a low-cost membership, chunks of it won't fit your world. Take the thinking and argue with the specifics.

It will push you to charge more. Every time.

These skills are built to raise your price — that's the design, not a bug. And most of us do undercharge. But it means the first number Claude gives you will make your stomach drop. Sit with it for a day before you dismiss it, then sanity-check it against what your actual market pays, not what a US coaching business pays.

Free repos change, and sometimes disappear

This one's MIT licensed and it's been sitting there happily, so it's not going anywhere today. But it's a side project, not a product with a support desk — no roadmap, no help if it breaks. If you get value out of it, run git clone https://github.com/alexsmedile/hormozi-skills and keep your own copy.

It writes documents, not results

What you get is markdown files. Very good markdown files. But you still have to put the price up, push the page live, and say those objection responses out loud to a real human who might say no. Nothing in here sells for you — it just means you turn up with a much better answer.
