# Wright Mode

> Wright Mode is an Australian AI education and consultancy business founded by Brooke Wright. It helps women in business — non-technical founders, solo operators, and small teams, many of them neurodivergent — implement AI and automation without jargon, gatekeeping, or "tech-bro" nonsense. Brooke is an AI educator, speaker, and host of the "Not Another AI Girl" podcast.

Wright Mode's core idea: you no longer need to think like an engineer to use AI well. Because you can now talk to AI tools in plain English, the real skill is language and strategy — not code. Wright Mode translates AI into something a non-technical business owner can actually use.
