Privacy policy.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Wright Mode (“Wright Mode”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use wrightmode.com and our related sites (including claude.wrightmode.com), why we collect it, and what choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the business:

  • Information you give us in forms. When you apply for STACK to Scale or send a speaking enquiry, we collect your name, email, business details and the answers you provide. These forms are handled by Formspree.
  • Payment information. When you book a paid consult, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them directly.
  • Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to track you across other sites.
  • Email. If you opt in to hear from Wright Mode, we store your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Advertising data. We use the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records the pages you visit on our sites and actions like starting a checkout, and shares that with Meta. There is more detail, including how to opt out, in Advertising and tracking below.
  • Instagram and Facebook interactions. When you comment a keyword on one of our posts or send our Instagram account a message, we receive your Instagram username and the content of that message through Meta’s messaging tools. We use this only to send you the resource or reply you asked for.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries and applications, deliver and improve our services, process payments, send updates you have asked for, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run Wright Mode — currently Stripe and Zylvie (payments), Formspree (form handling), Vercel (hosting and analytics), our email platform (Flodesk, moving to Kit), and Meta (Instagram and Facebook messaging, and advertising measurement — see Advertising and tracking below). Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Instagram and Facebook automations

Wright Mode uses automated messaging on Instagram (and Facebook) to send people the free resources and links they ask for. When you comment a keyword on one of our posts, or send our Instagram account a direct message, that action triggers an automated DM back to you with the link you requested.

To make this work we receive your Instagram username and the content of your message through Meta’s official messaging tools. We store this interaction only to send you the requested link and to avoid messaging you the same thing twice. We do not use it for anything else, and we never sell it. You can opt out at any time by not messaging us, and you can ask us to delete your interaction data by emailing the address below.

Advertising and tracking

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand whether those ads actually work, our sites use the Meta pixel — a small piece of code from Meta that runs on wrightmode.com and claude.wrightmode.com.

The pixel records:

  • Pages you visit on our sites, along with general technical information like your browser, device type and approximate location.
  • Certain actions — for example viewing a course page, clicking through to a checkout, or completing a purchase.
  • A scrambled version of your email address, if you enter one. Meta calls this Advanced Matching. Your email is converted into an irreversible string of characters in your own browser before it is sent, so Meta never receives the address itself. It is used to work out that an anonymous visitor and an existing Meta user are the same person, so our ad reporting is accurate.

Because checkout for some of our products happens on a separate platform, we may also send confirmation of a completed purchase to Meta directly from our own systems rather than from your browser. The same rule applies: any email address is scrambled before it is sent.

We use this to measure ad performance and to show ads to people who have already visited our sites (often called retargeting). We do not use it to target you based on health, financial, religious or other sensitive categories, and we never sell this information.

How to opt out. You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences, opt out of interest-based advertising generally at Your Online Choices, or block tracking in your browser settings or with an ad blocker. Blocking it will not stop you using our sites or buying anything.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and only keep it for as long as we need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work only with reputable providers.

Browser extensions

We offer a browser extension, the Content Engine Board, for members taking part in our content challenges. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. Everything you enter — your plan, the days you tick off, saved creators, your swipe file and any links — is stored only in your own browser using local storage. None of it is sent to Wright Mode or any third party. Uninstalling the extension removes this data. The extension only runs on our Skool community pages, and only to show your progress there.
