VIRTUNATION·1:1 Consult

Bibi Barisic, Virtunation

Bibi was juggling multiple AI tools with no clear strategy. After one consult she launched a digital product, set up an email nurture sequence and built her first automation — and got back the mental space to run her business.

Bibi Barisic — Virtunation

The challenge

Bibi runs Virtunation, helping Allied Health professionals bring AI and automation into their practices. The irony wasn't lost on her: she was advising others on AI while feeling stuck in her own business.

The problem wasn't a lack of tools. It was too many of them, with no plan tying them together. She was bouncing between AI tools for content, for automations, for setting things up — and none of it added up to a clear way forward.

What she needed wasn't another tool. It was a strategy.

The turning point

In our 1:1 consult, we cut through the noise and built her a clear set of priorities — a short list of things that would actually move the needle, in order.

Top of that list: a new lead magnet built specifically for Allied Health professionals, and a path towards running her own workshops. Suddenly there was a direction, not just a pile of options.

What shifted

The session changed how Bibi thinks about AI in her business. Instead of reaching for new tools, she started refining the GPTs she already had and getting clear on exactly where automation belonged.

"Refinement of my current GPTs and also working out where I can automate more things within my business."

She came away with a clearer idea of how to get AI and automations working harder — not just for her, but for her clients too.

The outcome

This is the part Bibi is most proud of, and rightly so:

"I have now launched the digital product, set up my email nurture sequence and created my first automation!"

She also built an automation for her client meetings — after an initial call with a potential client, folders are created automatically and the transcript drops straight into the right place.

The return on investment showed up mentally as much as operationally:

"Mentally it has given me some space to breathe with the better flow of my content GPT — I'm not spending as much time refining the output. Operationally, I've set up the automations for my meetings. I still need to explore more but I'm loving this so far."

That space to breathe is the win. Clear priorities and a few well-placed automations gave Bibi back both the headspace and the operational room to run her business properly.

In Bibi's words

"Just do it! Brooke is so knowledgeable and friendly and just gets it."

She described the support as friendly, smart, knowledgeable and easily adaptable — and she's still building, with more automations on the way.
