The challenge
Jordana runs Feel Better Pilates. She had a problem a lot of founders will recognise: she wanted to hand off her marketing — but every time she outsourced, the work came back sounding nothing like her.
She'd been let down by external providers more than once. She knew AI was part of the answer, but she didn't know how. And as someone already strong on systems, she could feel she wasn't using ChatGPT anywhere near its full capacity. She just didn't have the time to research it and teach herself on top of everything else running a business demands.
The turning point
The "aha" moment was learning to write system prompts — and from there, building her own purpose-built AI assistants. We also worked through when to use different model versions to get the best result for each task.
That was the unlock. It turned AI from a generic chat window into a set of specialists she'd designed herself.
What shifted
The shift was fast and concrete:
"I built a bunch of AI assistants within a week and was finally able to pass my social media — including copywriting — over to a marketer who is definitely not an expert in my field, and still have posts come out sounding like me."
Her whole way of working changed. Now, whenever there's a task she repeats regularly, she stops reaching for a generic chat thread and builds a bot specialised for it instead. She also learned to call multiple assistants into a single thread, each contributing its specialty — which is how she now moves a social post into a blog post into newsletter content with barely any friction.
"Super generous, engaging, encouraging and ADHD-friendly. You were adaptable and ready to dive down the rabbit holes I needed to explore."
The outcome
Jordana put her assistants to work straight away — on the hard, high-stakes jobs, not just the easy ones:
"Since working with you I've used an assistant to complete an awards application, my financial forecasts for the 25/26 year, and to create a month's worth of content — really quick and with razor-sharp accuracy."
The financial verdict was just as clear:
"Honestly, I think I've already made my money back for our strategy session in the space of two weeks."
She came in hesitant about AI back in January — partly for environmental reasons — and is now comfortable not just using assistants but building them. She reckons she could teach the concept to other people herself.
In Jordana's words
Jordana has already sent at least three people to book directly with Brooke, and told everyone on her personal socials. Her recommendation is the kind you can't buy:
"I've already told at least 3 people to schedule in with you directly."
